When Booking with Naturally Shining, I understand:

• that if I am not home or don’t answer the door at my appointment time, I will not be refunded.

• I understand that a cancellation made more than 48 hours in advance will get a full refund, A cancellation made between 48 and 24 hours in advance will receive a 45% refund. And a cancellation made less than 24 hour notice will not be refunded.

• Naturally Shining does not use harsh chemicals (ex. dye, perm, acrylic), and pose a very low risk for damage to hair or skin. However, NS does require that I release liability for any harm or damage during my appointment or as a result of NS services. (See release of liability).

When booking with Naturally Shining, I understand:

- that my beautician may be entering with security on video.

-that my beautician will leave if there are any hazards in the home that they are uncomfortable with (smoke, vape, illegal drug use, weapons, aggressive behaviors).

-that pets must be contained if my beautician requests that.
